Happy New Year !
It’s not often we have snow over the Christmas Holidays but this year we had a storm that covered the ground in a blanket of white.
We woke up this morning to big fat snowflakes falling from the sky.
We took advantage of the cold weather and spent the afternoon coasting while the snow softly fell around us.

Mommy: “Abbie did you put make-up on?” (She knows I don’t let her wear make-up.)
Abbie: “No.”
Mommy: “Then what is on your lips?”
Abbie: “….. Ummm that’s lip gloss. Make-up goes on your face, and lip gloss goes on your lips… and it’s ok, cause Rachel gave it to me. So, I’m not in trouble, right… ? Rachel should be in trouble…..”
Pin this post!Auntie sent her the new Tinker Bell movie for Christmas and she watched it today for the first time.
They say a good movie will take you away to another place.
I’m thinking that it must have been a really good movie because as soon as the movie was over, she dug through her dress-up clothes to find a fairy costume;
-and spent the rest of the afternoon oblivious to us mortals, deep in Neverland.
