Milestones.

In the morning we will watch her graduate from university.

Where has the time gone?

So many emotions run through my head,

but it’s late at night and I have lots to do,  so I will be short.

I feel incredibly proud,, (of course) of not just what you have accomplished, but who you have become, the person you are.

And old (she is graduating university, so I must be old).

And very, very fortunate.

I always thought magnolia flowers were beautiful,

but they pale beside her.

While it’s been quiet lately on my blog,

things have been quite busy in the background.

Long awaited plans are moving forward,

and quiet dreams are taking form.

Sometimes in life, you come to a crossroad.

Often choosing the right path isn’t easy.

And the smaller roads less travelled take you to the better place.

(And before I start getting phone calls,,,, no, I’m not currently at a crossroad.  I just thought the description suited the photograph!)
