Allie’s grandfather came to visit her this past spring. He gave her a present, a canoe; and they spent the week painting it (hot pink on the bottom) and picking a proper name for it. (River Dancer – after Allie’s love of dance.) Tragically, he got sick shortly thereafter and passed away before the summer was through.
I’m working a on a special project this fall with Allie (Hint: It involves the canoe!) and on this evening, we went to get some images of her in her it.
While we were there, I also did a mini session with a set of beautiful sisters and also took a few of Miss Abbie, who came along for the adventure.
